Hi, I’m Tracy Henderson, and I am passionate about helping people achieve better health, balance and vitality through natural healthcare.

With over 25 years of experience as a naturopath, medical herbalist and aromatherapist, I have had the privilege of supporting many clients on their individual health journeys. My approach is holistic and personalised... taking the time to understand the whole person, not just the symptoms they are experiencing.

​

My journey into natural health began over three decades ago when I discovered the incredible therapeutic potential of essential oils and aromatherapy. This curiosity grew into a lifelong passion, leading me to train as an Aromatherapist at Wellpark College, followed by further studies in Naturopathy and Medical Herbal Medicine at South Pacific College of Natural Therapies. I later completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine, giving me a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, pathology and natural healthcare.

I believe learning is a lifelong journey. I regularly continue my professional education, keeping up to date with new research, emerging approaches and advances in natural health. I am also passionate about expanding my knowledge through travel, often seeking out traditional healing practices, wellness experiences and holistic health wisdom from around the world.

Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me walking at the beach, connecting with nature, practising yoga, enjoying nourishing plant-rich food or creating moments of calm and wellbeing. My love of yoga and meditation led me to train as a Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga teacher, which perfectly complements my naturopathic approach by recognising the important connection between the body, mind and nervous system.

I am grateful to have created a beautiful home-based clinic in Beachlands, Auckland, where I can offer personalised naturopathy, herbal medicine, aromatherapy and holistic health consultations. For those unable to attend in person, online consultations are also available throughout New Zealand.

My goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed natural healthcare while honouring the individuality of every person I work with.
