Hi. I'm Tracy Henderson and I am committed to helping you achieve better health and vitality.

If you are looking to make changes in your health status then I can help you from my home based clinic in Beachlands, Auckland. TeleHealth consultations can be arranged if you prefer to stay in the comfort of your own surroundings rather than travel to the clinic. 

As a mother of two, I've always chosen a holistic approach to healthcare and wellness for myself and my family. When not in the clinic, I'm often found walking the dog, at the beach, practising yoga or cooking up the next plant rich family feast. Herbal teas and nutritional supplements are the typical staples in my family. I totally walk my talk! It was about 30 years ago that I realised natural health therapies had so much to offer. I developed a passion for aromatherapy and learnt the power of essential oils. This inspired me to train as an Aromatherapist at Wellpark College and then as a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist at South Pacific College of Natural Therapies... giving me an extensive in-depth understanding of natural health care including studies in anatomy, physiology and pathology. I also completed a degree in Bachelor of Health Sciences for complimentary medicine. This gives me the knowledge, along with my years of experience to guide you to better health.
